| Contents | The recent rise of deep learning has made impressive changes to academic and industrial research in various fields, including computer vision. Computer vision algorithms based on deep learning may include diverse operations and require large computations mainly due to the size of input data. For this, it is necessary to develop a computing platform for fast computation, but it is also important to pay attention to how to optimize and improve existing algorithms when learning and utilizing them. In this seminar, we will discuss several difficulties developing perception algorithms in the case of autonomous driving, especially when we operate them on an embedded system. For the optimization methods of CNN-based algorithms to solve these problems, we will introduce general approaches, and discuss how to develop more specialized recognition algorithms on limited computing resources. | ||
